I believe this is automatic on the iDevice. After typing the first two or
three letters of the contact's email address, flick twice and you should
start hearing your contacts names that start with those first two letters,
if the first one you hear is not the correct contact, flick until you hear
the contact you want and then double tap on it to make it appear in the to
field.
