David and all I speculate that also. If true then I will definitely
upgrade early to a 5s or later to take advantage of him grin. He's one
of the best voices I've ever heard. Nothing comes close to him. I tried
the currently available voices and nothing cuts him I'm afraid. Sure
speech is a subjective thing and so this is mine.
