Hi all, I am sharing this with the list because hopefully it will help someone else. I never did find the name of the Chimes app on my screen even when I pressed the home button once after opening the app. I solved it by going to settings general users and then selecting show all apps I found the Chimes up there deleted it and re-downloaded it and now I have the app on my screen thank you very much for all your help God bless, Wren Langley
