Hello list. I have just received this particular external battery pack, but when connecting it to iPhone 5S, the message that comes up states that this particular device is not certified and nay not work correctly. One time when connecting it, it did make the typical charging sound, but most of the time, the message regarding incompatibility comes up. Any suggestions after having purchased this device?
