I've downloaded the book but haven't started reading the book yet. Where does 
one get the supplemental downloads?

For what it's worth, I am enjoying reading it as well.
If you haven't grabbed the supplemental downloads,  you really should, as they 
complement the material in the book.
this is really going to help me utilize my track pad the way I wanted to in the 
first place!
