I've had pretty good luck with the Kingston MobileLite Wireless. You can find out more on Amazon or by doing a quick Google search. The app works quite well, though I recommend exploring to and split-tapping on things, as VoiceOver can lose focus/freeze a bit if you just flick through the app. Another thing which can be kind of difficult is knowing when the MobileLite is on and able to be connected to your iDevice, though this could be because I didn't clearly understand the procedure for turning it on and off as it was written in the user guide. Other than these two issues, I really do like the MobileLite and its companion app.
