Hi Lucy, Donna and José, Some details might help: i.e., are you all using text grabber FreeHand or with stand? Are you using the latest version of text grabber? Is this a new problem Or have you always had trouble with the app? And finally, what phones are you all using?
By the way, I have always been an exponent of both text grabber and prizmo, however, at the moment, Prizmo keeps bouncing me back to the home screen and it is driving me mad too!
