Just the number as it doesn't really interact with your contacts at all but you do hear VoiceOver as well.

One advantage to the Bem Band seems to be the fact that it has spoken prompts for power on/off, and bluetooth pearing. It also has it's own talking caller id. Unfortunately, some of the descriptions on the available watches like this aren't always that helpful so we have no way of knowing about other features they may or may not mention. It's definitely a very cool thing to have and use however.
