Monitor might be an issue without an adapter, the video port on the Mini
case is HDI.

They are the least expensive option, that is until you have to buy a
monitor, keyboard, and if you prefer track pad. Although any macmini bought
after 2012 and beyond, you don’t have to connect a monitor.

connected to all necessary peripherals. If you're after an all-in-one
solution, a Macbook might be better for you. The iMac is also an option; it

Mac currently offers a touch screen, only iOS devices do that. For the blind
especially, though, a trackpad is just as good, since it lets you feel
around the screen and perform familiar VO gestures to navigate and perform
other actions.
