Fox News does have its own app, but the last time I tried it, it was not the most accessible with voice over. Now, in order to access any of the SiriusXM stations, it is true, you do have to have a subscription, but as far as the price, That depends on the package you get.
Now as far as accessing Fox News stations with the Radium app, it is true, SiriusXM does have a couple of Fox stations, but there is other fox news stations that you can access through the Radium app for no cost. Just open up the app, double tap on the find more stations button, then, in the edit field, just type fox news and double tap done to start your search. Now, I do not know if any of the other available fox stations is what you are looking for, but I wanted to make you aware that they were there. Hope this helps!
