Have you tried double tapping and holding on the pdf file?? This is how I open pdf files sent to me via email. After double tapping and holding, a box should pop up giving you the option to open the file in voicedream, iBooks, BARD or other programs that you may have. Tap on your choice, voicedream, and voicedream should open allowing you to start reading/listening.
