Hi alan,

I don't think you can set it up so that the file syncs with Dropbox
automatically as you work on it, but you can save a file to Dropbox from Pages.
With the document open, choose Tools, then Share and Print. Choose the option
to open the file in another app. You'll next be on a screen where you select a
format. Choose the one you want.

If you chose a format such as Word, a version of the file in that format is now
created. The screen shows the progress of the file creation. This seems to take
quite a while, or at least, it did when I tried saving a fairly short Pages
document as a Word file.

When the file creation process is finished, there's a Choose App button on
screen. Double-tap that. You're now on a screen where you can select the app in
which you want to open the file. Choose Dropbox.

By default, Pages will save to your main Dropbox folder, but you can specify a
folder within Dropbox if you like. Then choose Save, and your file will be
saved in Dropbox.

HTH,
Anna
