I have seen a coupon code which I think might work in the States, it's "126TAKE20" of course without the quotation marks. This is supposed to get you 20% off which would make it about $104. I can't verify this as I am not in the States.

Hi Kawal, The batteries are replaceable. It will take at least a year for them to die. There is no on off switch. When you step on, it turns, and off when you step off. There is no need for a switch.
