Hi,

In many books, depending on their markup, yes, Voice Dream Reader has that 
functionality. Double-tap the Bookmarks button, which is on the left side of 
the screen, just below the text. If it's showing you too many or too few 
levels, use the Chapter Levels picker just below the upper right corner of the 
screen to select the level you want. If you double-tap a heading, you'll go to 
that spot in the text.
