There are several different ones. The one I am using costs 9.99 per month, and is listed as College Sports Live in the app store. You will need to use a computer to sign up, and to put your credit card information in. It is through CBS interactive, and is what used to be All Access through College Sports TV. So far, it is usable with Voiceover. You just need to make sure that the teams you like are among the teams they carry. I'm sure others will tell you about other apps I own that you don't have to subscribe to, and they are some good ones, but you take a chance that none of the radio streams offered in those apps will work on all games. I really like college, football, and try to get as many options to listen as I can even if it requires several different apps to get what I want. Hope this helps.
