To clarify more what I mean; if I wanted to turn off "show on lock screen" for messages, I would go to Settings, Notification Center, swipe down to Include in Notification Center, I would then double tap on Messages. A window will open allowing me to set how I want to set alerts for Messages. If I swipe down andturn off "show on lock screen" this should keep Messages alerts from being shown when the phone is locked. You will have to go through the above process for each and all apps.
