Do you already have the link coppied?  If so....

One key, is to make sure VoiceOver is inside the edit field of wherever you 
want to paste the link.  Once there, turn your rotor to edit, flick up or down 
until you here paste, then double tap.

Just in case you don't have that link copied, hopefully these instructions will 
help.  Double tap and hold on the link, this should bring up a menu of options, 
one of them being copy link.
