For me, this iPhone 6, or 6+ are a little bit huge. I don't think that
I
will upgrade to those phones, are so big, and I am very active, and I
don't
feel so comfortable a mini iPad in my pocket, running every where. I am
no
so please with this last update, for me the iPhone 5s is already big, so
an
iPhone 6+ is too much. Really, it is not so nice for me, but I have no
way
to take a iPhone of that size in my pocket. I don't think that I will
update
my phone. Sadly, iI don't like those huge sizes.\

The only reason I am even considering upgrading is that my wife cracked
the
screen on her 5. I would probably only upgrade any of the 4's.

her.
That's another good thing about Apple, their devices hold up Spec wise
and value.

I went from the iPhone 4 to the iPhone 5s. That was the difference
between night and day and made sense. Going from a 5s to a iPhone 6
probably won't make as much sense but as was already said, because you
want to and you can afford it also works!
At our house, it's my wife's turn to upgrade her old iPhone 4. She
says she likes her 4 just fine because all she uses it for is a phone.
Fancy that..... <grin> She says she likes her iPad Air much better
for all the rest of it. I was wrong again but that's nothing new!
<grin>

Hi Lori,
First of all, yes, any new iDevice will come with iOS 8 preinstalled
as of next Wednesday.
Will bugs disappear by January? Well, I sure hope so but of course
nobody can say for sure. I would say, however, that it is extremely
likely that the major bugs will be resolved by then. I really wouldn't
loose any sleep over that at this point. You also might want to ask
yourself whether upgrading from an iPhone 5 to the 6 or 6 Plus is
necessary for you. What problems do you have with your iPhone 5 which
require you to upgrade? If you just want to upgrade because you can
afford it and want the latest then that is of course a good enough
reason, but I think the next generation of the iPhone 6 whether it
will be called the 6S and 6S Plus or something else, will be much
improved as they will be the second generation of larger devices It
would be my guess that the touch screen might be completely made from
sapphire crystal and I really don't see how Apple will continue with
an 8 MP camera for the fifth year in a row, they will have to put in a
much better camera next year or people will get really upset. Anyhow,
these are just my thoughts. If I was still on a 4S I would totally
upgrade, no question. But with a 5 there wouldn't be quite as much
incentive for me.they might

Hi Sieghard,
So what your saying is ios 8 has major bug issues, am I right? If
that's the case,I can't even upgrade my iPhone 5 to a iPhone 6 or 6
plus until January 2015, when my 2 year contract with at&t is up.
Then I can upgrade to a iPhone 6 or 6 plus. Now do you think apple will
have the bugs in ios 8 fixed and resolved? Also, is ios 8 already
installed on the iphone 6 and 6 plus?
If the bug fixes are not fixed and resolved by Jannuary 2015, I will
not upgrade my iPhone 5 to either a iPhone 6 or 6 plus until ios 8 bug
issues are fixed and resolved and totally accessable to us blind
individuals .
Does this make senxe? Take care.
