Hello, If the phone is brand new, you'll be able to turn on VoiceOver as soon as the phone is powered up by pressing the HOme button 3 times. The whole setup process is spoken by VoiceOver. If you're new to the phone, you may need help typing in a network password, if you need a password to connect to your local Wi-Fi network. Otherwise, you can do the whole thing by flicking through the screen and double-tapping the item you want to select.
