Robert, Fairly wide spread and apparently inconsistent bluetooth keyboard problems have been one of the issues many of the bug reports have been focused on. I posted several messages which theoretically were in violation of the NDA I agreed to when I signed up for my developer account and pointed out some of the bugs. I along with several others repeatedly warned people not to upgrade right away and to be fully informed about the bugs. Now that you have upgraded you will have to live with it until Apple fixes it. I know others who say Vo bluetooth commands don't work for them. I have an iPhone 5S and a Logitech K811 bluetooth keyboard and Vo commands work for me just fine. My only issue seems to be that I have to turn quick nav off in order to type anything in any edit field, apart from that it's working OK.
