I am using 2.1.1 and am having no problem. . make sure you have double-tappped
device so that it is selected. Flick right and you will hear "delebe button
deactivated". Double-tap it with one finger. This activates the delete button
but doesn't delete anything. When you flick right again you will come to
something that says "delete" with a bookname. When you double tap this it says
"remove" and you double tap that.You get an alert "are you sure". Go right to
the remove button and double tap it.I think this is the way it has worked for a
while now unless we are using different versions. Once you have deleted
everything on your device, if you want to do that, the main delete button goes
back to deactivated. Otherwise, if you deleted some books but still have some
on your device, you will have to double-tap that delete button again to
deactivate it. Since you are talking about interacting with the delete buttons,
are you using a braille display and/or bluetooth keyboard? If so, it could be a
butg so that those are not focussing on the right button. For me, delete is
working the same as it has for a while. If it's a problem with a keyboard or
display, it might be a bug there instead of with Audible specifically.

I tried and tried to turn over a new leaf.
I got crumpled wads of tear-stained paper
thrown in the trash!
Then God gave me a new heart and life:
His joy for my despairing tears!
And now, every day:
"This I call to mind,
and therefore I have hope:
The steadfast love of the Lord
never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness."
(Lamentations 3:21-23 ESV)
