Hi all. Last night after apple accessibility had me back up my phone
and then we did a total restore I lost the alex voice. Now I'm having
trouble downloading it. It says preparing to download and just sits
there. my wifi is connected and at 86 percent. Anything else I should
do? I've tried shutting off my i phone and restarting it and going in
to the settings and have been waiting for at least 10 minutes and Alex
still isn't downloading. I'm stuck on the preparing to download.
