Hi! OK depending on how Jennifer, is trying to take the picture! It might be the setting for field of view is set on Landscape and Jennifer, is putting the item and phone in portrait! So I was wondering if changing the setting to Portrait will help Jennifer, and others having bad results in that rotation!
