If you are a braille user, clearly android is not as far along as I hope S. As for "just as usable "that is clearly in the mind of the user, which, I suppose, is how it should be. There is a recently released version of talkback which I have not had time to mess with, as I have been in guy dog school, which is rather intense. But, unless they have found new ways of streamlining access to key features such as read all, I would not say it is as usable as I OS, even for simple things. Like Mike, there are things I like about android, such as the many voices you can get to use in all your apps. Before making the switch from iOS to android, or vice versa for that matter, it is good to try to get as much knowledge as you can and then make the decision. I have an android tablet. I use it mostly for reading books. I use iOS for everything else that I do portably. Mary
