I've only used my iPhone 5S with my airport express, but it has worked fine. It seems like it took a little longer to see the airport express, but once it did, VoiceOver stayed on the device and audio went to the express and into my stereo. Did the iPod Touch work correctly before iOS 8? If so, that sounds very much like another bug. Good luck, Richard
