Speed dots probably knows. Check with them. They would know before anyone else.

I don't find they inhibit swiping at all, and when I'm in a situation where
I have the phone at an angle and I'm using just one hand they can help to
keep my swipes horizontal. They also help orienting yourself to the phone
and the screen and locating objects by touch. Obviously they aren't needed,
but they can be useful and they don't inhibit swiping or have any negative
side effects at all.

Tactual marks on any screen protector, I would think, would inhibit

Hi.

Now you mention screen protectors. Is there anyone who has got the
idea to make a screen protector with some tactile marks that would
allow you more easily to place your fingers correct when typing in
braille with mbraille or with apples new teriffic braille input.

Best regards Annie.

iPhones aren't made with ordinary glass. They're made with Corning's
gorilla glass and they have additional scratch resistance added. I
won't say they can't be scratched, but I wouldn't say that they
scratch very easily either.

I use the tactile screen protectors from SpeedDots. I find the
tactile feedback helps when exploring by touch and jumping straight
to different objects on the screen. I got the screen protector for
this reason and not because I was worried about scratches.

My wife tosses her phone into her purse, and she uses both a case and
a screen protector, and I think she's pretty smart for doing that
given how she uses her phone and the fact that she doesn't want to
worry about it.

I'd say whether you want to use a screen protector comes down to how
you use your phone. I wouldn't let anyone make you feel bad for not
using one or talk you into not using one if you're going to be
worrying about scratching your screen.

The screen is glass, very easy to scratch, and with the screen
protector I can always place it face down and not have to worry
about it.

I buy the Apple screen protector. On my 3GS, I tried many
third-party screen protectors that would fall off and were sticky.
The Apple screen protector, on my for ass, lasted three years. As a
matter fact, it's still on there.
