I have never seen a case with a strap. My wife made me a little bag with a shoulder strap for my iPhone five with a little pocket for the earbuds. If you know anyone who makes quilts or clothes, it is a simple thing to She used the type of cord that you would use as a draw string in a pair of sweats for the shoulder strap. I don't like keeping the phone in a pocket, so this way it is always handy and leaves my pockets for other things. HTH, Richard
