The purpose of a Westminster clock is to let you know the time by the pattern of the chiming at the quarter, half, three quarters and top of the hour with a full chime count meaning if it's 1 o'clock you hear the full Westminster melody plus a chime strike of 1.

Subject: Apology and another question concerning the chime clocks

Hi all, and thank you for the help. I want to apologize for not quite asking my last message correctly. I put the Big Bend Clock on and I also have the Westminster Chimes spoken on, but neither one of these say which hour it is is there one that will actually tell you which our you are on such as 1245 or 115 or 230. Thank you very much again for the help and God bless, wren Langley
