Here’s what I do. after cconnecting the ipod touch and before arrowing down to devices I do the following: in the file menu, arrow down to library and press enter. In the library menu arrow down to import playlist and press enter. Now you get the option to browse to the playlist you want to import. Select the playlist you want to import and press enter.

In the past I created the playlist on the pc, connected my ipod, downarrow to devices and then tab and select music and then I tabbed to "selected playlists" and checked that and on the list of playlists I checked what to download to my ipod and then tabbed to apply and enter. Now when I select music and tab I just get the capacity of the ipod, info about the music and free space but nothing about the list of playlists. Has something changed in the latest itunes?
