It looks like Apple did some work with a couple of the major Voice Over bugs. These include eliminating the bug where when dialing a button would stick Another bug fix is the problem with blootooth keyboards. I did not see any mention of the braille display bug which people have talked about. Time will only tell. I just installed the update and have not played with it yet..
