Hi, I experienced the same problems when I first bought the case. Now, after having the case for about three weeks, the problems have disappeared. To try to solve the problem, I removed the silicone part and streched it a bit because I had been able to flick when the phone was encased in the plastic portion. It was when I put the phone in the silicone part of the case that I had the problem. It really does get better. I almost returned the case, but, I really like those cases.
