I hope so, too, but I'm afraid the NetFlix app is a pretty complicated interface with sliding visual panels that move independently of each other, so I'm not sure. In a lot of cases you can use the Voiceover pass-through gesture (double-tap-and-hold) and then single swipe. This is doable, but very awkward.
