Not exactly the most intuitive method for handling Dropbox content but a
must know to work with it in AccessNote. Thanks for the help.

If the file is not in that folder, then you can go into the dropbox app,
maneuver to the file you want to see, double tap on the file, then use the
share button to open in access note.
