Hi there that is correct. The remote tab in the U-verse app is not accessible. However if you get the Easy Remote U-verse app, it's a separate app that I gave the list a link to in an earlier message, it will be completely accessible. You will need sighted assistance to pair the app with the receiver but once it's done it works great.
