This would all depend about the particulars. Is a few hours 3 or 5? If it is 3 hours and the phone was locked the entire time then 10% is way too much, it should be more like 3 to 5%. If my 5S is locked and I am not using it it drains 10% over night, maybe 8 or 10 hours.
