Yes I can duplicate this. My IPhone 4s does the same thing. It's so annoying. I had a friend ask me the other day, "Jerry why does your phone keep reading the time every few minutes?" I just really find the bug a little annoying especially if they're notifications I really would like to know about when my phone's locked. I'm going to write to the accessibility team at apple about this and let them know of it. I'm sure they're aware but I'm going to add one more voice to the choir. Later Jerry Mader
