Does this remove it from the phone or just from iTunes on the PC? It's only on 
the phone, not the PC. Thanks.

First go to https://itunes.com/soi-remove  

Next choose remove album. 

Next sign in with the apple ID and password that you use to sign in to the 
iTunes and app store with. 

 

Next you should see a confirmation message that the album has been removed.
