Hi Alvin, I don't know why your music won't sync. But I can tell you that you can't copy photos to an iPhone using Windows explorer. You can only copy pictures from an iPhone, but you have to use iTunes if you want to add photos or turn on Photos in Settings, iCloud and then your photos should sync between your devices.
