There is a service called Test Flight that allows you to install a test profile and the developer can then send out a notification to all the beta testers that a new build is available and you can then download the build through Test Flight. Apple bought Test Flight not too long ago, so now it is part of Apple. If you get on a beta project, you will want to download the test flight app which is free. HTH, Richard
