Hi Everyone, I have an Ipad Mini 128 gb. With retina display. We were listening to a book from NLS when suddenly the book stopped and voice over was gone.
I plugged the mini into the computer to try a reset or restore. I received the message that "find my Ipad must be turned off." Went to I cloud to turn it off. The Ipad is not listed as a device. To my knowledge, I never turned on find my Ipad. I have also tried holding in the home button along with the power switch.BTW, Itunes does recognize the mini as being connected. When I looked at the configuration for voice over, vo was not checked. I did check the vo option. Still nothing. Any help would be very much appreciated.
