Jen, Not sure why it’s not there for you, it is right below Summary for me. Maybe others can check and somebody might know why it’s not there for you. Did you try to type “A”, maybe you somehow pass it? That treeview can be a bit slow responding when you first get to it. You can see that list by opening iTunes, go to your phone and tab a few times to the treeview which starts with Summary, arrow down once to Apps and then use F6 until you get into the list view of apps. You may have apps in that list which are not on the phone, but all that sync with your phone will be checked and those which are not checked are not on your phone. If you want to add or remove apps, just check or uncheck those you want and when you are done tab to Apply or go to File, Devices and then select “Sync”.
