Hi, Twitterific has several flavors and the in app purchase is for the full version that has a full set of features. It is only about a dollar more US and it is well worth having for iPhone users. They are very responsive to blind customers and the app is very user friendly. I love Chicken Nugget, however, sometimes I find myself using Twitterific since updating to Jaws sixteen just because my laptop with six gigs of ram and a hybrid drive on windows 7 64 bit tends to take too long to type out tweets during a particularly busy time of day such as Sunday afternoons or Monday evenings.
When you download Twitterific the first time it tells you what the extra cost will get you and offers you the opportunity to purchase or continue.
