I think that you mean U2 not YouTube. They were given to everybody, at no charge, in September when Apple had it's big rollout.
You can either hide them and keep them in the cloud, if you may want them in the future, or there is a U2 removal tool at apple.com http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201396 The above link is the instructions on removing the album.
