Hello, if she can hold the phone in one hand with the bottom of the phone in her palm then use her thumb to swipe and double tap. I have done this with success. This of coursedoes not work for other gestures but for most basic functions it will.

Perhaps there's some kind of case that will allow for it? I thought of using a case with a loop on the back, so her disabled hand only needs to hold the phone up, but it's not strong enough.
