There really isn't a way to use Braille display commands in the rotor, except 
for dots 5-6-chord to move to the next rotor category, dots 2-3-chord for 
previous, and dots 6-chord and 3-chord to move to next a same rotor item.  The 
Braille input rotor item is for on-screen Braille commands. If you turn 
quick-nav on with a bluetooth keyboard, you can use Braille commands in Safari, 
such as h for headings and f for form fields. The QuickNav Braille command 
toggle is broken for now.
