I had, and lost, a small Jambox, and have a Bose Mini Soundlink mostly for my wife. I want to be able to play spoken word and music out loud for myself, and also sometimes play music to a group of perhaps as many as twenty people. I am no audiophile, but the Bose for this latter purpose does not project the highs as much as I would like for people to hear the lyrics. I did like the Jambox.
