I have a very distressing problem with my iPad Mini. Voice over stopped last night. Thinking it needed a charge I plugged it in. I have a full charge, turned off and on and rebooted using home and sleep/wake button. I ask Siri to turn off and back on voice over. When she does this I can hear the normal clicks and says Siri is on. However when I touch home the iPad does not give me any feedback voice over wise or clicks. It is just like voice over is off. PLEASE HELP!!!!! Does it need a specialist? Oh yes, if I do the three-finger tap to turn speech off and on, nothing.
