I’ve done all that. I’ve even gone into the settings to check out things there. The checkbox to show Contacts in the App Switcher is now grayed out. I cannot turn it back on. It was initially turned on when I first upgraded to IOS 8.1 weeks ago. But, now I can’t even turn it back on. The only thing I can think of doing is resetting settings but I’m not sure that will work for the app opening r closing.
