Dear Eileen, You are very helpful. Yes, I have read the tips on the DigitEyes website a few times but still struggle. I did take note of the ability to print one's own labels but I thought that was only available to blind people in the US whereas I live in the UK. How do you print your labels, if I may ask? Please write off list if this is somewhat off-topic. I'd hate to impose if you are busy at present but if you have the time one day, I'd love to know how it's done and what one needs in order to produce one's own labels.
