I am looking for a heart rate monitor that will: 1) Give me my heart rate in a set interval like every 30 second or 15 seconds. May allow for custom rates. 2) Will sync up with the Polar H7 3) I do not want a app for running since I will be using this monitor with my rowing machine, treadmill, and other gym equipment. Will not use it outside.
It was suggested to me to use RunKeeper, but I cannot seem to find any of these options on this app. Do you have any ideas? -- The following information is important for all members of the viphone list.
